The 1oz Silver Australian Kangaroo coin is produced by The Perth Mint in Australia. The coin’s design features a kangaroo, one of Australia’s most iconic and recognized animals. The kangaroo design on the coin often changes from year to year, providing collectors with a variety of artistic representations of this unique marsupial. The obverse side of the coin features an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II memorial with the dates of her reign. The coin incorporates an authentication feature in the form of a micro-laser engraved letter. Detectable under a magnifying glass, it is designed to make it significantly more difficult for the coin to be counterfeited.
