Delivery

Goods will be dispatched for next day delivery on all orders placed by 1pm. This is subject to being a registered customer and having a verified account with us. Once an account is set up, verification can take 1-3 hours (business working hours only). All orders placed after 1pm, or accounts verified after this time, will be dispatched the following day for next day delivery.

Delivery is free of charge and fully insured via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. The goods are packaged in a nondescript manner that will not draw attention to the nature of the contents secured with a tamper proof seal.

It’s your responsibility to ensure the safe receipt of the package at the provided address. When placing an order, you must provide a delivery address that matches the billing address used for online card payments. We cannot accept liability for packages delivered to multiple occupancy residences. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses, and we cannot be held responsible for postal delays beyond our control. Ownership of goods passes to the customer upon full payment and acceptance once they are signed for, or confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail. In the event of a failure to deliver an order on our part, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

For any delivery issues, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please report it to us. If the parcel arrives with damaged or missing items, report it within 24 hours with supporting information and photographs. Claims for non-receipt or damaged/missing items cannot be addressed after this timeframe. All our parcels are packed under camera surveillance and cross-checked by two team members.
