Please note that pre-paid credit cards are not accepted. We can only accept payments from accounts registered in your own name. Please visit our Register/Compliance page for more information on payments and account set-up.

Placing an order

You can initiate orders through our website. Account set-up is required to place an order.  It’s important to note that once an order is placed, cancellation is not feasible in accordance with the distance selling regulations. This is because of the dynamic and ever-changing nature of the precious metals market. We will actively seek payment for all orders placed.

Prices

The prices are based on the current trading rates for gold and silver, clearly visible on our website. Our website features real-time pricing, which will be locked in when you place an order. Prices can also be fixed by speaking directly with our sales team over the phone. When placing an order over the phone, you will be requested to accept our terms and conditions via email.

Kindly be aware that due to market fluctuations and availability during trading hours, if multiple orders are placed simultaneously, they may undergo price modifications. In such cases, we retain the authority to cancel any order, even if payment has already been received, and issue a complete refund.

While we aim to provide accurate product and pricing information, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for items with incorrect prices or information. If a wrong price is displayed, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you accordingly. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Collection

Prepaid orders can be picked up from our offices once we inform you that your package is prepared for collection. Please note that collection is strictly limited to the items arranged for pickup. Please note: no stock is kept on-site at our offices. Upon collection, please ensure you have a valid Photo ID and a copy of the invoice pertaining to the items being collected.

Cancellation/ Refunds

Under the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004, there exists no statutory right for returning or cancelling an order once it has been placed. This is due to the nature of the goods we provide, which are subject to fluctuations in financial markets.

Should you choose to terminate an order before it is dispatched or collected, you will incur charges for any decrease in the underlying metal price of the goods from the time of order placement to the time of termination, in addition to a termination fee. This cancellation policy covers all items whether they are pre-ordered or in stock.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and return the funds to the customer.

ID and Fraud Prevention

Please see our ‘Register/compliance’ page for ID requirements at account set-up.

We may request identification if we are unable to verify your address through 192 or GBG. Once you provide the required documents, our Compliance Team will review them, and if they are deemed acceptable, we will proceed with your order.

Customers may be required to provide certified proof of identity to comply with anti-money laundering and fraud legislation governing our industry. For multiple orders placed on the same day, substantial orders, or if your cumulative order value is high (over £5000), our Compliance Team may request one or more forms of identification. This is necessary to adhere to HM Revenue and Customs regulations. The standard documents we typically request scans or photographs of include:

Photographic ID (passport, driver’s license or ID card), Proof of Address, dated within the last three months (e.g. utility bills or bank statements, not a mobile phone bill).

If you are a business placing orders using company or business funds, we will require additional documents such as a VAT certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, and a business bank statement to comply with our regulatory obligations.

We may use your personal information for anti-fraud checks, and such information may be shared with credit reference or fraud prevention agencies, all in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 2018. We support efforts to eliminate money laundering related to the trade of precious metals.
