The new 1 Wyoming Goldback Series of Aurum gold notes.

Goldbacks are a novel form of currency that blends the timeless value of gold with the practicality of paper money. Unlike traditional currency, which is often made from a mix of cotton and linen, Goldbacks are crafted from a thin layer of 24-karat gold, 1/1000^th an oz gold foil note.

Each Goldback note is carefully printed with high-resolution, full-colour text and graphics, making it a visually stunning representation of the precious metal.

Front (Obverse): The 1 Wyoming Goldback presents Reverentia. A Shoshone Native American woman wearing a traditional buckskin dress and standing in Wyoming’s Northwestern Plains region. The background features the formation known as Devil’s Tower or Mato Tipila, which signifies bear lodge or bear rock. An American bison stands behind Reverentia, while a bison skull is positioned in the foreground.

Back (Reverse): Moreover the back of the Goldback is blank, just reverse of the front.

These Goldbacks are produced in the United States. It is not legal tender, but it is recognized as a form of payment in certain states within the US, including Wyoming.
