Please contact us through email to enquire (photos of stock would be helpful). We can arrange a ‘meet & greet’ appointment, or you can send us the goods.
We will estimate your price based on the live spot metal price and send you a ‘sell to us’ form, once filled in, please enclose this inside your package along with the goods you would like to sell. Please send it as directed in the form. We recommend sending your parcel to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery, parcels can be insured up to £2500. Goods valued higher than this should be sent in separate parcels.
Once your goods have been received, the prices will be confirmed upon the validation of your gold/silver and the live price of the precious metal at the current market value. We will contact you with the prices then you can choose to accept or decline. If you choose to accept, payment will be made to you via a payment method that suits you. If you choose to decline, you must pay for the return postage or arrange to collect your goods.
